Q1: Why is my HDMI port not outputting 4K@60Hz?

A1: To achieve 4K@60Hz output, the following conditions must be met simultaneously:

① The device's USB-C port must support video output (DP Alt Mode).
We recommend using a port that supports video transmission, such as Thunderbolt 3, Thunderbolt 4, or USB4.
② The HDMI cable must support 4K@60Hz (HDMI 2.0 or higher is recommended).

⚠️ If the port supports data transfer or charging only (as is the case with some entry-level Type-C ports), the HDMI function cannot be utilized.

Q2: Can I use this USB-C Hub while charging? What is the charging power?

A2: Yes, you can. This hub supports USB-C PD fast charging input (up to 100W):

Maximum Input: 100W
Actual Output to Laptop: Up to 90W. The power output will be lower when supplying power to low-power devices such as smartphones.

Transferring small files is essentially unaffected.
